Do You Qualify to Become a Surrogate?

• Women ages 21–39
• At least 1 healthy, full-term pregnancy
• No major pregnancy complications
• No more than 2 C-sections
• Healthy BMI (generally 34 or under)
• Non-smoker / no drug use (all candidates undergo medical screening)
• No hormonal IUD (e.g., Mirena) — must be removed with at least 2 full natural cycles before proceeding
• Living in a stable, safe environment
• US CitizenSCREENING REQUIREMENTS
(All paid for)All candidates must be comfortable completing:
• Background check
• Psychological evaluation
• Full medical records review
(Pregnancy AND delivery for any children aged 10 and under or for only children regardless of age)
• Medical Screening
• Comfort with prescribed medications, including self-administered injections if needed3
